Cheese storage cabinet (cheese volume 105 liters, HxWxD: 84x59x57cm)

The cheese climate cabinet has one temperature zone that you can set per degree!

We recommend a temperature of approximately 12 – 13°C for all cheeses at serving temperature, depending on your preference.

The cheese climate cabinet is adjustable between 06 - 18°C ​​​​and is cooled by a compressor, so that the ambient temperature has no influence on the operation.

 

In addition to a cooling element, this climate cabinet also has a heating element - if it is placed in a cold environment - to keep the entire cabinet at the same desired temperature.

Display shows temperature and humidity (the humidity indicator is linked to the temperature gauge and there is no separate sensor - this sensor is indicative).

 

Some examples of temperatures:

• Hard - bring - cheeses (Beaufort, Gruyère) between 8 and 10°C
• Soft-ripened cheeses or white mold cheese (brie, camembert, humboldt fog) at 8°C
• Pont l'Evêque cheeses between 8 and 12°C
• Blue cheeses (Roquefort, Danish Blue) between 11 and 12°C

To store all cheeses at the same time, a temperature of 9 – 13°C.

 

Layout:

This cheese cabinet is equipped with the most optimal configuration; 3 extendable shelves so 4 “compartments” (including the bottom) for storing all your cheeses. If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves.

 

Separately, for example, you can place a shelf on the shelves. For example, that shelf can be made of wood that you call “cheese board” you can use to serve your cheese directly on the table. You can also place cheese knives and plates in the cheese climate cabinet so that you have all cheeses and associated accessories at the right temperature to enjoy the cheeses optimally!

 

The top of the cheese climate cabinet can have weight, so that knives, plates, bread, grapes, figs or even a nice wine (with glasses) can be placed near the cheese to create a special “cheese spot”!
