I bought a dual zone wine cooler and the cigar humidor. They sent it to a shipping company who shipped it all the way to Iraqi Kurdistan. We have dry weather and berry hot summers. I have started using the humidor and it's working great. I bought some great cigars from Cyprus and they are still in perfect shape. Plus the price here for normal wine cooler was almost the same price as buying these two separate units.

But I have a problem, the temperature for the upper level is blocked at 17 degrees Celsius.
I can't either lower or increase the temperature. It always stays at 17 degrees celcius.
