Processed chocolate should be stored in a suitably shaded place and at the correct temperature before use and/or tasting.
The chocolate climate cabinet has one temperature zone that can be set per degree and we recommend a temperature of approx. 15 – 18°C for all chocolate.
The chocolate climate chamber can be adjusted between 10 - 20°C and is cooled by a compressor, so that the ambient temperature has no influence on the operation. In addition to a cooling element, this climate cabinet also has a heating element - if it is placed in a cold environment - to keep the entire cabinet at the same desired temperature.
Display shows temperature and humidity (the humidity indicator is linked to the temperature gauge and there is no separate sensor - this sensor is indicative).
Layout:
This chocolate climate cabinet is equipped with the most optimal configuration; 3 extendable shelves so 4 “compartments” (including the bottom) for storing all your chocolate, cakes, etc. If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves.
You can build in this chocolate climate cabinet or use it free-standing. The top can handle weight, so accessories or even special chocolate making tools can be placed there.
