Processed chocolate should be stored in a suitably shaded place and at the correct temperature before use and/or tasting.
The chocolate climate cabinet has one temperature zone that can be set per degree and we recommend a temperature of approx. 15 – 18°C for all chocolate.
The chocolate climate chamber can be adjusted between 10 - 20°C and is cooled by a compressor, so that the ambient temperature has no influence on the operation.
Display shows the set temperature and the actual temperature so that you can always see the correct temperature.
Layout:
This chocolate climate cabinet is equipped with the most optimal configuration; 5 plateaus so 6 “compartments” (including the bottom) for storing all your chocolate, cakes, etc.
The top tray is placed at an angle so that the chocolate can be displayed as it sits nicely at eye level! If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves.
You can build in this chocolate climate cabinet or use it free-standing.
