Terms of delivery of CoolVaria
Delivery time: if we have indicated that the item is in stock, this means that we have the item in our warehouse and delivery can be made immediately (within 24-48 hours).
We would like to inform you that you decide on which day your climate chamber can be delivered (we will notify you about this). For a smaller order, a parcel service will do that and you will receive a Track & Trace from us).
Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during the day (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.). On the delivery day you choose, you will receive a message (e-mail) from us in the morning with an indication of the time of delivery.
Ground floor and ground floor are supplied (without barriers/obstacles and during the day and parking in front of the door). The planning is made by the carrier the evening before delivery. On the delivery day itself, in the morning, we have indications of the times (We deliver during the day, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from Monday to Friday). Unfortunately, we cannot give you a time indication in advance or indicate that delivery will take place in the morning or afternoon as this depends on the carrier's schedule and we ask for your understanding.
On the delivery day itself, around 8:30 am, we will send you a message - email - with an indication.
We do not do any installation, but the climate cabinet is completely prepared, so you only have to remove the cardboard and plug it into the socket.
General Delivery Conditions / Advice:
– Remove all objects that could hinder delivery (cabinets, pictures, lamps, etc.). Cover vulnerable floors and walls and/or notify our drivers. A delivery will take place within a few meters of the first door (in consultation with the driver, another location can be looked at - to be determined and approved by the driver himself).
– We cannot accept liability for damage occurring after the first door.
– Avoid cancellation fees; make sure someone is present during the specified time frame.
– If the climate chamber cannot be taken inside and alternative means of transport must be used (pulley block or lift), the customer bears full responsibility for the risks and additional costs incurred.
– CoolVaria reserves the right to cancel the delivery if the drivers indicate that a responsible delivery cannot be guaranteed. – Any additional costs (transport or lift costs) will be charged to the customer.
– It is possible that due to traffic or other unforeseen circumstances, delivery does not take place within the specified time indication.

1. The following delivery and payment conditions apply to all our products. All prices are in Euros unless stated otherwise in the relevant product information. If the customer is not located in the country from which the product is shipped, the customer is responsible for any sales tax or import duties due in the country of destination (only for deliveries outside the EU and to be checked at a customs office in the country of destination).
2. All offers from CoolVaria are without obligation. Offers are subject to product availability. In the unlikely event that a product is unavailable, you will be notified immediately by email or telephone and you may be offered an alternative or refunded via bank transfer within 5 working days.
3. CoolVaria has the right to change prices and correct any typographical errors. If you are affected by these actions, you will be notified by email. You then reserve the right to cancel your order.
4. Composite quotations do not imply an obligation to deliver part of the order at a corresponding part of the price stated for the entire order.
5. The normal and customary tolerances apply to all products offered in addition to the products stated in online information. We reserve the right to minor deviations from images and/or descriptions in online information. Such digressions do not release the customer from his/her obligations as stipulated in the agreement.
6. The images, designs and sizes included or communicated in quotations are only a general representation of the products offered. Changes in construction, which differ slightly from the actual version shown in the photos, designs or dimensions, but which do not materially alter the technical and aesthetic aspects of the product, do not oblige CoolVaria to any compensation and do not entitle the customer to receipt of to refuse the delivered goods.
7. The general payment rule is that delivery takes place after payment has been received, unless expressly agreed otherwise. Payment can be made via bank transfer or in another manner agreed between CoolVaria and the buyer. Delivery with invoice is only possible if expressly agreed between the parties. The item remains the property of CoolVaria until the agreed amount has been paid in full to CoolVaria.
8. When placing an order, you will be asked to provide the following information: name, address, zip code, city, telephone number, e-mail address and payment method. Your data will not be passed on to third parties. The Personal Data Protection Act applies. The information collected is used to process orders and improve your future shopping experience. If necessary, we use your information to contact you. Financial information is only used to invoice you for the products and services you purchase. We reserve the right to log your IP address in case we encounter server issues. Your IP address may be used to collect broad demographic information so that we can build a visitor profile and assess the use of our website. This information helps us to further develop the website, for example in terms of design and layout. You can request your personal data at any time and change or delete it if necessary. The information we collect is used for clearly communicated purposes. Information is treated strictly confidential. CoolVaria only records data necessary to process orders and communicate with the customer. CoolVaria will not use your data for promotional activities unless you give explicit permission or make your data available to third parties, except in cases where they are legally obliged to do so.
9. Delivery time is between 1 and 5 working days; this is an indication and not an exact deadline. We can respect these deadlines because we have the products in stock. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will offer you an alternative. You will receive an email confirming your order. CoolVaria is under no circumstances liable for damage if the stated delivery time is not respected.
10. CoolVaria generally ships orders with DPD, Postnl, UPS or a transport company. Orders shipped by other means will only be placed if agreed and after payment for the product to be delivered has been received by CoolVaria.
11. CoolVaria may charge costs for shipments both in the Netherlands and abroad, unless expressly stated otherwise.
12. If the item is damaged upon arrival (due to transport), you must notify us in writing within 5 days of receipt.
13. You can cancel your order within 14 days if you are not satisfied with the order. The product can only be returned after prior notification to us and only if the packaging is unopened (return costs will not be reimbursed unless otherwise stated). In the event of damage or loss, CoolVaria will ensure the delivery of new goods. If the ordered goods are no longer available, you will be informed by e-mail. Refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days.

Exceeding delivery times
1. The longest delivery time is 7 days after receipt of payment unless otherwise stated. If this period is exceeded, the other party will be informed as soon as possible and will be offered the option to terminate the agreement or cancel the order.
2. Incidents at the company or at one of its suppliers as a result of force majeure, such as: war, mobilization, riots, floods, closed shipping and other transport barriers, stagnation, respective restrictions on or cessation of public utility supplies, fire, machine breakdown and other accidents, strikes, lockouts, industrial action that make production impossible, government measures, non-supply of required materials and semi-finished products by third parties to CoolVaria and other unforeseen circumstances, including in the country of origin of materials and/or semi-finished products, that disrupt normal business operations and delay or make the execution of a project impossible, release CoolVaria from adhering to the agreed term and from fulfilling its obligations, without the customer having any right to compensation for costs, damages or interest. In the event of force majeure, CoolVaria will immediately inform the customer! corpse. Within eight days of this notification, the customer has the right to cancel the order in writing, but is obliged to reimburse CoolVaria for the part of the project already completed.
