This climate cabinet is equipped with: two temperature zones (adjustable in increments of 1°C and have a range of 5-12°C + 12-22°C) that work separately to handle all wines to store and to serve; champagne, rosé, white and red wine.
Easy operation
Since there is no physical separation (between the two zones) in the climate chamber, you can really... have ALL YOUR WINES at the right serving temperature serving and and storage temperature save.
For example:
- Your usual red wine at 17°C (Bordeaux/Burgundy)
- Your chilled red wine at 15° (Saint Nicolas de Bougueil)
- Your storage wine at 12/13°C (let it age for a long time)
- Your less chilled white wine at 11°C (Meursault)
- Your chilled white wine at 8/9°C (Chardonnay/Sauvignon Blanc)
- Your sparkling wine at 7°C (Champagne/Prosecco/Cava)
AND ALL IN ONE CLIMATE CABINET!.
This type of operation gives you much more flexibility because you can create all types of temperatures so that you have all wines at the right serving temperature (or storage temperature). No more hassle with "refrigeration" (cooling wine) or "chambering" (letting wine reach room temperature).
Layout:
This wine cooler has the most optimal configuration (layout) and you can even store Magnum bottles in it.
This model has 4 shelves, so 5 compartments/pockets (= including the bottom) for storing your bottles. The top shelf (storage shelf) is placed at an angle to clearly see the labels. If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves.
You can even have your own wine glasses to be placed separately on the shelves to keep them at the correct serving temperature.
