Processed chocolate should be stored in a suitably shaded place and at the correct temperature before use and/or tasting.
The best temperature for storing chocolate is between 15-18°C.
This climate cabinet has one temperature zone that can be set with a range between 10-18° C.
The cabinet works on 220 Volt - and the door (double glazing) has a special coating which gives the cabinet a luxurious look and daylight does not affect the chocolate.
This cabinet is also lightweight and can be moved without any problems, making it ideal for plug & play
