Champagne is a wine like any other, so it can be stored and aged in a wine cellar or a storage cellar. After storage, champagne begins to develop flavor and maturation. It should also be kept at a suitable temperature before tasting.
The champagne climate cabinet has one temperature zone and you can set the champagne climate cabinet between 5-15°C.
The best temperature for storing & serving all champagne bottles is between 7-12°C.
Layout:
This cabinet has the most optimal configuration to store all champagnes. You can even place Magnum bottles on the shelves. No champagne bottle is the same so the quantity may vary!
This model has 5 shelves, so 6 “compartments” (including the bottom) for storing your bottles. The top shelf is also placed at an angle so that the labels of your champagne bottles are clearly visible (at eye level)!
If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves. You can also place your champagne glasses separately on the shelves so that they are already chilled at the correct serving temperature!
