Operation of the small champagne climate chamber

Operation:

This model is cooled by the thermoelectric effect that transfers heat from one side to the other. This always has a warm and a cold side with a temperature difference. The warm side has the temperature of the ambient temperature while the cold side can be 15 degrees lower. A thermoelectric climate cabinet always cools (due to the presence of a fan) because the Peltier element must always be cooled by the ambient temperature. Thermoelectric climate chambers are lightweight and can be easily moved, making them ideal for plug & play. A lower temperature in the cool box results in lower humidity.

For champagne we recommend a set temperature of 8-10°C.

Keep in mind that:
To cool this system it is necessary to have a fan (to remove heat), that is why this cool box has a fan.
Because this cool box is equipped with a fan, it cannot be built in (the cool box needs space to dissipate heat). However, this cooler can be built into a cupboard if there is plenty of space around the cooler.
