What exactly does “In stock” mean?

This means that the item is in stock (in one of our two warehouses in the Netherlands) and can be delivered immediately (within 24-48 hours).

Which climate chamber should I choose?

If you cannot decide on the size of the climate chamber you want to order, please contact us.

Just a little advice in advance:

Please don't just look at the quantity. We always advise that your climate cabinet must “fit” in the space you have planned to install it. It must be an object that completely blends into the space. It should be like a piece of furniture, so that you will not have a “fridge” in your room, but a beautiful efficient object!

We also know from experience that whatever cupboard you have provided, it will always be too small in the end

Where are these climate chambers already located?

Our climate chambers are located throughout Europe and even beyond.
The climate chambers are our own brand (own production/own management); We have years of experience with gastronomy (more than 40 Michelin star restaurants, some in the Netherlands), liquor stores, catering, hotels, cinemas, wine trade, business, government (ministries), universities and of course consumers. Do the climate chambers only stand alone or can they also be built-in?

All climate chambers are suitable for stand alone. Because the exterior color is black, you can place it wherever you want and it certainly won't look out of place!

Almost all cabinets can also be built-in. Look at the page of the desired climate cabinet and you will see whether your cabinet can be built in!

How can I order?

You can order online, by telephone or by e-mail.

You can always see on the website whether the product is in stock.

 

I have a company, can I order without VAT?

Yes, that's possible! If you have a company within Europe, you can supply without VAT (provided you have a VAT number - which is verified by us). If you want to order for delivery outside Europe, no VAT will be charged. 

Payment of import duties and/or VAT is the responsibility of the importer and is charged based on the laws of the country to which the products are shipped. Please consult your local customs office for further information.

How can I pay?

You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard) or manual transfer. Below you will find some examples and you can find them all at this page (click here) and the payment page (during ordering).

          

 

Can I change my order?

Can i cancel my order?

Can you also deliver to your home?

Yes, we deliver to home & office.

We supply the ground floor cupboard only – no obstacles/no stairs or rises – and do not install (the cupboard is fully prepared so it's just a matter of taking it out of the box and plugging it in).

If there is a lift (apartments), we can supply the lift if the height of the lift is suitable for a standard Fork Pallet Truck.

If the climate chamber has been ordered, you will receive an email from us stating exactly how we deliver. You can then indicate your desired delivery day. 

What will be the delivery time?

Delivery time is between 1 – 4 days after your order has been entered into our system. You will be notified and asked for a delivery day. Depending on the time we receive the order, it is possible to have your climate chamber delivered the next day.

Do you also deliver outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we deliver both within Europe and outside Europe. If you have a specific question, please let us know to find a solution.

Can I determine the delivery day?

Yes, you determine the delivery day of your choice. Once your order has been placed in our system, you will be notified and asked for a delivery day.

Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday during the day (between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m.). On the selected delivery day you will receive a message from us (around 8:30 am) with an indication of the delivery time.  

Can you also install my device?

No, we do not install. The cabinet is fully prepared so it's just a matter of taking it out of the box and plugging it in.

Does it require a lot of work to install?

No not at all. The cabinet is fully prepared, so it's just a matter of taking it out of the box, connecting it to the mains and enjoying your wine

What is the warranty?

The warranty is at least 24 months after receipt of a new climate cabinet for consumers. 

Free repair in case of manufacturing defect.

If your product breaks due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, the repair is free. A manufacturer's error causes your product to break faster than expected with regular use. For example, the climate chamber stops cooling even though you have not done anything special (exception: damage due to glass breakage, rubbers, doors, hinges and locks).

Paid repairs for user damage

 If the defect is due to your own fault, this is referred to as user damage. This is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty. We are still happy to help you with the repairs, but you will have to pay for them. 

Even after the warranty period, you can of course contact us at any time for all your questions about your climate chamber.

The warranty of a demo model is 6 or 12 months.

What to do to return the item?

After receipt you have 14 days to return your product free of charge.

  • You can choose to exchange your product for free or get your money back
  • To get your money back, it is important that you return your product in the original packaging original state and undamaged. For example: take the climate chamber out of the box and look at it from all sides, but do not use it!
  • Returning the goods must be done in the original packaging. This way the product remains damage-free
  • Do you not have the original packaging? We will then look at the condition of your returned climate chamber and determine the depreciation on that basis

How quickly will I get my money back?

Once we have processed the item return, we will refund you within a maximum of 20 business days.
