Information of the chocolate climate cabinet:
The chocolate cabinet has one temperature zone that can be set per degree and we recommend a temperature of approx. 15 – 18°C for all chocolate.
The chocolate climate cabinet is adjustable between 10 – 20°C and is cooled by a compressor, so that the ambient temperature has no influence on the operation. In addition to a cooling element, this climate cabinet also has a heating element – should it be placed in a cold environment – to keep the entire cabinet at the same desired temperature.
Display is showing temperature and humidity (the humidity indicator is linked to the temperature meter and there is no separate sensor – this sensor is indicative).
This chocolate cabinet is provided with the most optimum configuration; 5 shelves meaning 6 “compartments” (including the bottom) for storing all your chocolate, cakes, etc. If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is off course possible for all shelves.The top shellfish placed under an angle so the chocolate can be showed as there are nice visible on eye level!
You can built this cabinet in or use it as stand alone. The top can handle weight so accessories or even special tools for creating chocolate can be put there.
The door has double glass with UV filter – so light has no influence on the chocolate – and has a lock (keys). The outside dimensions of this Cheese Cabinet are WxDxH: 595 x 570 x 1640mm.
