Temperature control and humidity:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

You can set the temperature of this humidor between 16 - 21\u00baC. The most ideal situation, of course depending on the user's wishes, is a temperature of 19\u00b0C with a real humidity of 70% so that the cigar feels smooth and slightly elastic.<\/p>\n

You cannot directly change the humidity yourself - the display gives an indication - but by changing the temperature in the cabinet (you can set it yourself) you can influence the humidity.<\/p>\n

Air circulation:<\/u><\/h5>\n

At the back of the humidor you will find two air holes, one of which has an active carbon filter (we recommend replacing this filter every 6-8 months).<\/p>\n

Compressor\/heater:<\/u><\/h5>\n

This humidor has a cooling unit (compressor) and a heating system to maintain the set temperature.<\/p>\n

Layout:<\/b><\/h4>\n

The humidor is equipped with the most sought-after configuration; 3 shelves, so 4 \u201ccompartments\u201d (including the bottom) for perfect storage of the cigars. There is sufficient space between the shelves for boxes (approx. 120mm). If you want to change the position of the shelves, this is of course possible for all shelves.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

The current humidor is equipped with sapele wooden planks (heavier planks as shown) instead of beech wood so that other attributes can be placed next to it.<\/p>\n

Cedarwood<\/u> <\/em>is often used in indoor humidors that do not have temperature controls. Cedar wood has a high absorption capacity (even then it is important to use the "right" cedar wood, because there are also different types of cedar wood on the market). Because our humidor has a temperature-controlled unit, this is no longer necessary. Cedar wood is also more expensive and we want a competitive price for our customers so that they can invest more in cigars.<\/p>\n

The model that we can now supply is equipped with heavier shelves than before (so that the shelves can carry more weight since we were also asked to store whiskey next to the cigars, for example) and the slots are therefore slightly wider than before. See the plank as attachment.<\/p>\n
