This always has a warm and a cold side with a temperature difference. The warm side has the temperature of the ambient temperature while the cold side can be 15 degrees lower. A thermoelectric climate cabinet always cools (due to the presence of a fan) because the Peltier element must always be cooled by the ambient temperature.<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">Thermoelectric climate chambers are lightweight and can be easily moved, making them ideal for plug &amp; play. A lower temperature in the cooler results in lower humidity.<\/p><h3 style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">We recommend the following for storing\/serving wine:<\/h3><p style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">White wine: a temperature of 7-9\u00b0C.<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">Storage wine: a temperature of 11-13\u00b0C.<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">Red wine: a temperature of 16-18\u00b0C.<\/p><h3 class=\"gt-block\" style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\"><strong>Remark:<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"gt-block\" style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\"><em>To cool this system it is necessary to have a fan (to remove heat), that is why this cooler has a fan.<br \/>Because this cooler is equipped with a fan, it cannot be built in (the cooler needs space to dissipate heat).
