This always has a warm and a cold side with a temperature difference. The warm side has the temperature of the ambient temperature while the cold side can be 15 degrees lower. A thermoelectric climate cabinet always cools (due to the presence of a fan) because the Peltier element must always be cooled by the ambient temperature. Thermoelectric climate chambers are lightweight and can be easily moved, making them ideal for plug &amp; play. A lower temperature in the cool box results in lower humidity.<\/p><p style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\">For champagne we recommend a set temperature of 8-10\u00b0C.<\/p><p class=\"gt-block\" style=\"caret-color: #7c7c80; text-size-adjust: auto;\"><strong>Keep in mind that:<\/strong><em><br \/>To cool this system it is necessary to have a fan (to remove heat), that is why this cool box has a fan.<br \/>Because this cool box is equipped with a fan, it cannot be built in (the cool box needs space to dissipate heat).
