Which climate cabinet shall I take?
If you can not decide about the size of the climate cabinet you want to order, please contact us.
Just a small advise upfront:
Please do not only look at the quantity. We always advise that your climate cabinet must “fit” in the area you have foreseen to place it. It must be an object that will be completely absorbed in the area. It must be like furniture so that you will not and up having a “refrigerator” in your room but a beautiful efficient object!.
Also we know, for experience that whatever cabinet you have foreseen, it wil at the end always to small…
Are the climate cabinets only stand alone or can they be built-in as well?
All climate cabinets are suitable for stand alone. As the exterior colour is black, you can please it wherever you want and it will certainly not look out of place!
Also almost all cabinets can be buil-in as well. Look at the “Check more” page of the desired climate cabinet and you will see if your cabinet can be built-in!

How can I order?
You can order online, by phone or by email.

I have a business, can I order without VAT?
Yes you can! If you have a business within Europe, you can (if your are in the possession of a VAT number – which shall be verified by us), we are able to deliver without VAT. In case you want to order for a delivery outside Europa, no VAT will be charged.
The payment of import fees and or VAT is the responsibility of the importer and is levied based on the laws of the country into which the products are being shipped. Please check your local custom office for further information.
How can I pay?
You can pay online with iDEAL, credit card (we accept Visa and MasterCard), or manual bank transfer.
You can pay for your order in advance. It’s not possible to pay in installments or to pay at the door.

Will you deliver at home?
Yes, we deliver at home & office.
We only supply the cabinet on the ground floor – no obstacles/ no steps or elevations – and we do not install (the cabinet is fully prepared so it’s just a matter of taken out of the carton and plug it in).
In case an elevator is available (apartments), we are able to supply with the elevator if the height of the elevator is suitable for a standard Fork Pallet Truck.
What will be the deliver time?
The delivery time is between 1 – 4 days after your order will be put in our system. You will be notified and asked for a delivery day. Depending on the time, it is possible to have your climate cabinet to be delivered the day after.
Will you deliver outside The Netherlands?
Yes, we deliver within Europe as well outside Europe. In case you have a specific question, please let us know in order to find a solution.
Can I decide the delivery day?
Yes you decide the delivery day of your choice. After your order will be put in our system, you will be notified and asked for a delivery day.
Delivery will take place from Monday to Friday during the day (between 08.00 – 18.00hrs). On the chosen delivery day, you will receive a message from us (around 08.30 o’clock AM) with an indication of the time for delivery.
Do you also install?
No, we do not install. The cabinet is fully prepared so it’s just a matter of taken out of the carton and plug it in.

What is the warranty?
The warranty is at least 24 months after receiving the climate cabinet.
Free repair in case of manufacturing error If your product breaks within the warranty period due to a manufacturing error, the repair is free. A manufacturer error causes your product to break sooner than expected with regular use. For example, the climate cabinets stops cooling even though you did nothing unusual (exception: damage as a result of glass breakage, rubbers, hinges and locks).
Paid repairs for user damage If the defect is due to your own fault, this is called user damage. This isn’t covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. We’re still happy to help you with the repairs, but you have to pay for them. We can’t indicate what the costs will be in advance.
After the warranty periode you can, off course, contact us any time for any question about your climate cabinet.
What to do to return the article?
After reception, you’ll have another 14 days to return your product for free.
- You can choose between exchanging your product for free, or have your money refunded
- To get the your money back, it’s important to return your product in its original condition and undamaged. For example: take the climate cabinet out of the box and look at it from all sides, but don’t use it.
- Returning the goods in its original packaging. That way, the product will be damage-free
- If you do not have the original packaging? We’ll look at the condition of your returned climate cabinet and determine what the depreciation is based on that
How soon will I be refunded?
As soon as we’ve processed your return, we’ll refund you within max 20 working days. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on the payment method.
